REQUIREMENTS

This event is open to fashion emerging and established fashion in Toronto. There is a maximum of 15 fashion designers for the show so we encourage you to apply early. Promotional photo & video shoot will take place on April 28, 2024, so please ensure you are available for that date if selected.

WHAT WILL DESIGNERS RECEIVE?

Designers will receive the following package:​

  1. Up to 15 mins runway time (minimum 10 pieces are recommended)

  2. Professional photoshoot package ​

  3. A dedicated feature in the TFE magazine which you and attendees will take home

  4. A dedicated page on the Toronto Fashion Experience website for 12 months

  5. Equal share of net proceeds from ticket sales!*

*net proceeds refers to revenue after expenses

FEES

Toronto Fashion Experience has made it a goal to make this event affordable for all designers as our aim is to raise funds for them to grow their brands, as a result the fee is significantly discounted and will go towards event expenses. Designers are only required to pay $750 to participate. We have added a 2 part payment plan for convenience. Please see all payment schedule below:

 

ONE TIME FULL PAYMENT

$750 due in 10 calendar days after application is approved.

2 PAYMENTS

50% 10 days after acceptance and 2nd payment April 26th, 2024

​

If full payment is not received by April 26th the designer will not be able to participate on the runway and the application fee after this date will become non-refundable, Please indicate your payment preference in the form below.
